She reminds me of Negative Wonder Woman from Robot Chicken.
I read that Go Nagai made her up as a joke to the editor, and the editor liked it and had it submitted.
I watched the skit of Negative Wonder Woman on youtube. You're right! That is awesome. Sometimes, the Robot Chicken guys (and gals?) can be really creative. I of course love their Star Wars spoofs and especially the skit on how Freddie Kruger got to be the way he is - I about peed my pants with that one!
Have you ever watched Eddie Izzard (stand-up comedian)? He does an awesome Star Wars bit discussing the more "practical" aspects of living on the Death Star with Darth Vader. I posted the youtube clip on the comedy forum, but be forewarned, if you have never seen Eddie Izzard, he is not normal. You'll see.
