I'm a weightlifter.
I love lifting weights.
I love the strength it gives me, the calories it burns, and the shape it puts me in.
I've got a five-day-a-week schedule that is as follows:
I also enjoying jogging/running for the cardio.
- (Sunday): Chest (4 sets of 8-15 reps each excercise): Bench Press, Incline Press, Flyes, Dips
- (Monday): Legs (4 sets of 8-15 reps each excercise): Leg lift, Leg curl, Lounges, Toe Raise
- (Tuesday): Arms (4 sets of 8-15 reps each excercise): Barbell Arm Curl, Dumbbell Arm Curl, Pulley Pushdown, Skullcrusher
- (Wednesday): Shoulders (4 sets of 8-15 reps each excercise): Military Press, Shoulder Shrugs, lateral raise, reverse flye
- (Thursday): Back (4 sets of 8-15 reps each excercise): barbell row, sitting pully row, pulley pulldowns, good-mornings
